According to researchers from the School of Medicine & Pharmacology at the University of Western Australia, drinking green or black tea can cut heart disease by 11 percent.
So how much do you need to drink? According to several articles reporting on the research, two cups is necessary. The reason? Two cups apparently contains enough flavonoids equal to five servings of vegetables.
