One tea I tend to drink a lot of is “China White”. I pick it up at the Hawthorn Coffee Merchant. It is a good tea for me as it has a somewhat mild flavor, so I don’t ever get tired of it.
"China White" is a large leaf green tea from Fukien Province. It is hand picked and processed. When the leaves are steeped in 180 degree spring water it yields an amber-green liquor with a delightful and delicate flavor. I would definitely recommend this tea for anyone wishing to try White Tea for the first time.
A ¼ lb of China White goes for $9.20. It can be purchase on-line or at their store located at 3564 SE Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland, OR.
Peace and Joy!
